Where Britney Spears and Rihanna record music videos – best filming locations in Los Angeles revealed, part 1 of 7
As filming industry is a big part of music industry, I will dedicate seven blog post posts to my favourite movie studios and filming locations in Los Angeles.
In this blog post I will write a full review of Universal Studios Hollywood, which was my introduction to Hollywood filming industry, and absolutely broadened my horizons. Now I see Hollywood movies in a completely different way, because I know where and how they make them.
When you visit Universal Studios Hollywood, you can enjoy the amusement park and studio tour.
During the studio tour you drive on a train and pass by filming studios, and different sceneries build for filming purposes, such as: streets of New York, Egypt and Italy, Mexican village, lakes, famous movie locations (Back to the Future, Gates Motel, Desperate Housewives), San Francisco underground station, airplane crash and many more.

Amusement park consists of a couple of very funny action shows (such as Waterworld on the water, Terminator 2:3D), rides (wild Jurassic Park ride on a river, and beautiful Krustyland, a Simpson’s themed virtual ride through an amusement park), nice movie themed stops and restaurants.
The park is full of special effects of fire and water, so be prepared to get wet all the time.
Although amusement park was very nice to see, my favourite part was studio tour, which I visited for two times. To check the studio tour and all other activities it took me two days.
This is one of my favourite filming locations in L.A. and I would highly recommend visiting it.
Later I visited Paramount Studios, and many other filming locations which I will compare in the future posts.
Which is your favourite movie studio?
